In compliance with Minnesota statutes, including Minn. Stat. §§ 325E.59, 325E.61, and 609.527, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, encrypt SSN transmissions, and limit their use to legally authorized purposes.

Minnesota's Consumer Data Privacy Act (Minn. Stat. §§ 325M.10–325M.21) applies to organizations well above the size of this Firm, and the Firm is not subject to it. The Firm nonetheless will consider any request to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to the professional and legal obligations that require it to retain client records. The Firm does not sell personal data.

We retain data only as long as necessary for legal, ethical, and operational requirements. If a security breach involving unencrypted personal data occurs, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay as required by Minnesota law.
